We have tested our SiteOrigin widgets with many popular themes to ensure compatibility and minimize conflicts. Should you have any trouble, do get in touch with us and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

Our SiteOrigin widgets plugin requires that you have the latest version of SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle installed and activated on your site. Although not required, the SiteOrigin Page Builder is recommended.

The licenses are automatically renewed. Towards the end of the billing period, we will send you an email informing you about the automatic renewal. If you decide to not renew it, you can cancel the subscription and continue to use our plugin on your site. You will just not be able to receive updates to our plugin.

Yes we do! We stand behind the quality of our product and will refund 100% of your money if you experience an issue that makes the plugin unusable and we are unable to resolve it.

We are constantly improving all of our products. We do have plans to add more tools and templates to our plugins in coming days. 

Absolutely Not! You can continue to use the SiteOrigin widget elements as long as you wish to. You will not be able to upgrade the plugin or receive updates after the license expires.
